2. Data processed
The website processes only the data needed for its operation:
- technical navigation, access and security data;
- the name and email address of authorised administration users;
- professional contact details of winery representatives;
- operational information concerning wines, lots, transport documents, immersion cycles, bottles and NFC tags, which is normally not personal data;
- information voluntarily supplied in communications and contact requests.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to provide and administer Volcanic Sea Passport; ensure security, integrity, traceability and abuse prevention; manage requests and communications; and comply with administrative, tax and legal obligations.
The legal bases are contractual or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations and the controller’s legitimate interest in the secure and proper management of the service, under Article 6 GDPR.
4. Processing, security and permissions
Processing uses digital tools and appropriate organisational measures. The administration area is protected by personal authentication, server-side controls and restricted permissions. Relevant operations are logged for security and verification.
Authentication credentials and passwords are not stored directly by Jaminischia UWW Srl in the website database.
5. Recipients and technical providers
Data may be processed by hosting, authentication, infrastructure and technical support providers only as necessary to deliver and secure the service. It is not sold or used for advertising profiling.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are carried out under the safeguards required by the GDPR and the mechanisms applicable to the relevant provider.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for operations, security, digital-passport traceability and legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is erased or anonymised, subject to legal retention duties and the protection of the controller’s rights.
